Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 11:59 p.m. April 17, 2019 using the followinig link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/LUUR2018/Submission/Index
*You will receive a confirmation email once you create your account to upload your proposal. Please check your junk or spam email if you do not receive the confirmation in your inbox. Once the account is created the author must click on create a new submission and choose the appropriate track from the drop-down. Email addresses must be added for all authors, presenters or panelist.
Proposal criteria and submission guidelines:
I. Presentation and Panel Proposals
Proposals should focus on a unifying theme relevant to undergraduate research, theory, or *pedagogy as it relates to undergraduate research. Proposals may consist of oral, poster or panel presentations and creative works or performance activities (other unique formats are encouraged). Innovative proposals, especially those that provide opportunities for interaction among participants and attendees, are encouraged. Proposals that relate to the symposium theme, "Creating 21st Century Scholars for a Global Society Reimagining the Legacy:LEARN. LIBERATE. LEAD” are strongly encouraged.
Authors are encouraged to submit proposals under the appropriate track for competitive selection. Proposals may employ any humanistic, scientific, and/or other methodology (ies) and may address theoretical developments, critical analyses, pedagogical and/or undergraduate research advancement.
Submit each proposal to only one track
An abstract should not include any identifying information
We will make every effort to meet your equipment request.
Upload a 100-300 word abstract of the proposed, presentation or workshop (with the presentation or workshop title appearing above the abstract). Also, copy and paste the abstract, and title in the appropriate application box.
