Office of the General Counsel

Lincoln University's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for serving the legal needs of the University, its Administration, and the employees when acting in the course and scope of employment.

Members of the Lincoln University community should contact the office about any and all legal issues involving the University. OGC provides legal services in a wide variety of practice areas, including policy interpretation, purchasing, and sales of goods and services, real estate transactions, construction contracts, and ethics and conflicts of interest.

Office of General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel addresses the legal needs of the university by providing in-house legal analysis and information on all matters affecting the university.

The Office of Compliance and Risk Management is to assist the university, in carrying out its academic mission with integrity and by its legal, regulatory, and ethical responsibilities.
