Welcome Message from the Director!
Lincoln University is honored to welcome military service members from all branches, veterans, and their dependents to our campus. We support your success and are here to help you navigate your educational journey and provide a seamless transition from military service to college life.
The Office of Military & Veteran Services' mission is to deliver exceptional service to student veterans. We foster an environment that empowers them to achieve their educational goals through the acquisition of knowledge. OMVS works hand-in-hand with several departments that support the success of a seamless, download the Office of Military and Veteran Services brochure [PDF].
Lincoln University recognizes that you may require financial assistance with covering the total cost of attendance. Some students (or family members) borrow money in the form of loans to further offset your total cost of attendance. In addition to receiving military education benefits, you should complete a FAFSA to ensure you receive all eligible funds.
Educational benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs are designed to provide eligible individuals with an opportunity for educational and career growth. They can be an incredible asset when used appropriately to assist students in obtaining their educational goals.
It is critical that you understand how to use your benefits under Lincoln, state, and federal VA policies, along with administrative procedures to maximize their potential and minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
VA Educational BenefitsLocated on the first floor of Wright Hall, the Veteran Resource Center is the hub for the OMVS community and is an exclusive space just for military service members, veterans, and their dependents. It's a great place to meet others and study between classes or take your lunch break.
